Change of Plans

The Kimberley safari has had a change of plans due to the unusually wet weather this year.

The picture at the right shows the view from BXT while heading for Broome.

Today's stop was meant to be at Camballin airtsrip which services the community of Looma but it is too soft after a week of soaking rain to risk landing.

Phil and the CWCI ladies are toughing it out in Broome (!) where the locals have been most agreeable and their hospitality very welcome.

Next stop is Derby and hopefully the strip at One Arm Point will be OK for Wednesday.
