Pray:
- For safety as the ‘Flying BibleMan’ flies across the Top End of Australia
- For close relationships to be formed (and maintained) with church leaders
- For Christian bookshops in remote locations to remain viable
- For wisdom in determining how people interact with the Word of God
- For new formats to be developed so that more people can access scripture
- For appropriate scripture materials to be made available
- For Bible Translators, translation consultants and literacy workers
Give thanks:
- For the many Christian workers in the Outback working under difficult and lonely conditions
- For changed lives as a result of hearing God’s Word
- For the small outback churches that are trying to faithfully follow Christ
- For the completion of translation work on the entire text of the Kriol Bible
- For indigenous people training for ministry in their communities
- For Bible Society agents in communities who help provide Bibles locally
- For the community stores that now stock scripture materials
- For the new aeroplane
